Payment

Friday by sending cash with the volunteer for the exact amount
(drivers will not give change) or with a check |

The
office reserves the right to cancel meals at any time due to
non-payment.

cancellation may be made with a 48 hour notice made by calling
the office directly |

Meals
On Wheels reserves the right to charge the client for meals
delivered if a notice was not given |

If
you are taken and admitted to the hospital and could not notify us,
there is no charge for the meal. |

Delivery
|
Meals
are delivered at the same time between the hours of 11:00 and 12:00
noon Monday through Friday. |
For
Delivery, we expect you to:

be home
to receive your meal |
|
be
prepared to open the door when the volunteer arrives |
If you have
difficulties:

please
let the office know so special accommodations may be made in advance |
|
you may,
at any time, leave a note for the drive |
|
or leave
a container at the door, if you are going to be gone at delivery
time. |
Potential
Emergency:
|
If our
volunteers do not have contact with you, we will consider this a potential
emergency and we will call your support numbers. |
